Hey hey! I thought I’d share some amazing pieces I’ve purchased during the last couple of months- I’m so excited to start styling them with other garments in my wardrobe. I work at Reiss part time currently and so I’ve also begun to build up my uniform from the new collection for next season. Here they are:
I love the colour tones I’ve opted for with vibrant pink, muted blush, mint and light grey- although these are typically summer and spring hues I plan to also integrate them into my Autumn/Winter wardrobe through combining them with darker shades and layering. This will add a bright freshness to my generally dark winter attire.
Reiss Aida Sleeveless Knit in Blush (Buy here): This knit is made in the most comfortable fabric and I’m in love with the high neck and ribbed detailing. I plan to wear it with skinny blue jeans or tucked into an A-line leather skirt. I imagine it’s going to be a great essential in particular for layering this upcoming season.
French Connection Longline Shirt in Mount Fugi (Buy here): I nabbed this fab shirt dress in the French Connection sale recently for a steal of £19! I’ve been searching for a shirt dress for a while now and I was attracted to the light weight fabric and embroidered dots of this one. It’s going to be an ideal option to wear to uni over black leggings and paired with my slip ons or trainers.
Reiss Hex Textured Midi Skirt in Off White (Buy here): This skirt is the best skirt to spin around in due to it’s 50s-style shape. I feel like Princess Elsa from Frozen when I’m wearing it! To work, at the moment, I’m wearing it with a fitted white cami to balance out the fullness of the skirt. In colder weather, I think it would look fab paired with a long-sleeve navy knitted jumper and a long-line coat worn over the top.
&OtherStories Mini Pleats Crepe Skirt in Pink (Buy here): &OtherStories is one of my favourite shops currently and my purse is feeling the effects of their amazing new collection! One piece I couldn’t pass by was this skirt- the bubble gum pink shade and fine pleats are what drew me to it. For A/W I think I’ll wear it with a white silk blouse or a navy boxy crop, finished off with some block heels.
